Returns:
- Unopened items are eligible for return within 30 days of the item purchase date.
- Items must be returned in unopened condition with all of the included hardware and pieces to receive a full refund.
- Returns must be authorized before sending back the item. Please contact us at support@permacover.com about authorizing your return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Return Shipping:

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items returned must be in unopened condition

All returns are reviewed upon arrival. Items returned in suitable condition will be approved for refund. Any item that is damaged, used, or missing pieces may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

If your return is approved, we will process the return and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original form of payment, within a certain number of days. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.
Restocking Fees:

Items returned in unopened condition, containing all of the included hardware and accessories, and within the 30 day return period are not subject to any restocking fees.

A restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied to damaged items, items returned after the return period, or items missing included hardware and accessories.
